Numbers always follow a special order!
Just like we line up for story time, numbers always stand in the same order from 1 to 20. When we know this order, we can find which numbers come before, after, or between other numbers. It's like solving a number puzzle!
How to Find Before, After, and Between Numbers
1️⃣ Count forward to find numbers that come after
2️⃣ Count backward to find numbers that come before
3️⃣ Look at both neighbors to find numbers that are between
